Terms of Service

The following document outlines an agreement between the client and the artist.
Please read thoroughly before contact.The client is entitled to updates throughout the duration of the commission. The client shall receive updates from the artist for planning, sketching, lineart, and finally coloring stages, where applicable. The client shall approve or reject changes made at each stage of this process. Once a stage is approved, no further edits may be made to that stage. Changes requested to a previous approved stage may be subject to a revision fee.The client is free to use their commission for any personal use, and limited commercial use. The client may use their commission as video game assets, streaming assets, profile pictures and banners, advertisements, and other such use cases. The commission MAY NOT be modified, resold, or used as merchandise - either physical or digital, such as is the case with apparel, stickers, kitchenware, etc., nor may it be used as generative AI training data.Payment must be made in full upon completion of the commission. The commission will not be released to the client until full payment has been confirmed. Payment options over time are available, and must be discussed prior to the commencement of the commission. Failure to fulfill payment due will result in loss of the commission, as well as any payment processed up until that point. The client will also be subject to a temporary ban of 60 days, under which the client will be unable to request a commission.There will be no refunds given under any circumstances. The nature of the work requires the artist seek confirmation at each step of the commission. Should the client not make their desires known during these stages, the artist will not be held accountable.The client must make their payment in full to the Ko-Fi address provided once the commission is completed.Once payment has been received, the contract between artist and client is then terminated, and no further edits or requests shall be processed. The artist retains the right to post the commissioned work on social media.
