Pixel Art

32x32 icons

Non-animated: 20$
Animated: 25$

48x48 icons

Non-animated: 30$
Animated: 40$
Why 48x48?
48x48 allows for more fine details, such as smooth gradients, sharper points, and curvier curves, without losing quality. It also allows for more complex animations that can't be adequately shown in a 32x32 space.

Chibi Pixel Art : 45$

Large-scale projects, such as custom monster designs and tile-sets, are priced on a case-by-case basis, and there is no guarantee that the price will be the same from project to project. Please discuss with me your expectations for the project, as well as your intended budget so that we can come to an agreeable price for you.

Terms of Service

This document outlines the terms of service between the commissioner (herein referred to as "the client") and the artist. The following terms are non-negotiable, and should be referred to in the event of a dispute between the client and the artist. These terms are in effect until payment is made to the artist, after which the transaction is considered completed and the relationship between the client and the artist should be considered terminated.Section 1: The Client/Artist RelationshipThe relationship between the client and the artist begins when the client first reaches out regarding a commission. It is then not considered terminated until payment is received for services rendered. The relationship between the client and the artist may end prematurely if one of the following scenarios is present:1a: The artist is unable to complete the requested commission.
1b: The client retracts the proposed commission within 24 hours.
1c: More than 3 months have passed without communication from either the artist or the client.
After the relationship has been established between the client and the artist, the client must pay any advance fees prior to the commission proceeding. The artist will regularly update the client on the commission, and the client is expected to give feedback to ensure satisfaction with the end product. If the client does not respond within 48 hours of receiving an update, the artist will continue as though the client approved the update.Section 2: Payment and FeesIn cases where the client requires the commission within 72 hours, a rush fee will be applied. The rush fee is to be paid with the final payment, and will be equal to 10% of the base commission price. Commissions cannot be delivered earlier than 48 hours and will be refused.Payment is to be paid within 1 week of receiving the product. Extraneous circumstances may be eligible for an extension, provided that reason is given within the allotted time frame in writing to the artist. Failure to deliver payment in the allotted time may incur an additional fee of 3% of the commission price per day the payment is late, up to a maximum of 120% of the commission price, at the artist's discretion. An advance payment may be requested for the following circumstances:2a: The commission's proposed timeline exceeds 6 months from the start date.
2b: The commission's proposed price exceeds that of $500.
The advance payment will be no more than 50% of the commission price, wherein the remaining 50% will be paid as per normal at delivery of the commission.Section 3: RefundsOnce the client has paid for the commission, the relationship between the client and the artist is considered terminated, and the payment is non-refundable. Partial refunds (up to 75% of the base commission price) may be issued in the following circumstances:3a: Commission delivery exceeded 6 months past the order date, in the case of a short-term project.
3b: The artist unable to finish the commission due to exterior circumstances
3c: Death of the client or the artist.
A partial refund will NOT be given if the client does not like the finished commission. Any funds that are refunded to the client are at the artist's discretion, and on a case-by-case basis.Section 4: Commission UseCommissions may be used for personal or commercial use, except in the following circumstances:4a: Physical products, eg: T-shirts, mugs, coasters, bracelets, etc.
4b: Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
4c: Training a generative AI, such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
Commissions may be used for digital media such as video games, profile pictures, social media posts, etc. Commissions may not be resold as they are, nor are commissions to be altered after the transaction is concluded.

By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to abide by the aforementioned terms. Failure to adhere to the terms of service outlined above may result in termination of the relationship between the client and the artist, and the commission cancelled without refund.
