Hi! I'm KitKatarine, a digital and pixel artist with a passion! I am an art hobbyist that has been drawing for well over 10 years. I have only just recently come into my own style, but my commission quality is consistent!

Terms of Service
The following are the Terms of Sale (ToS) between the Commissioner (henceforth "the client") and the Artist. Please read fully before contact, to ensure the best possible experienceCOMMISSIONING:When requesting the initial commission, the client must provide a clear and thorough outline (where applicable) of the desired product. This may include (but is not limited to): a reference sheet and/or images, a written description, examples of previous work, etc. Once work has started on the commission, additional changes to the commission may incur additional charges.Digital Art products may not be used for: Artificial Intelligence (AI) datasets or training, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), commercial products, or for sale or resale on their own or on any physical or digital products. Digital art may be used for personal or non-profit projects with proper attribution. Digital art may not be altered in any way, shape, or form by the client through any means for the purposes of sale or resale.Pixel Art products may not be resold on their own or as part of a set. Pixel art may not be distributed without proper attribution. Credit MUST be given for pixel art use in game development projects.The artist retains the right to accept or deny any commissions at any time, for any reason. Once started, the commission may take up to two months to finish. Extenuating circumstances from either the artist or the client may change this timeframe.PAYMENT:Payment is rendered in full when the commission is deemed finished, and before the full image is delivered. The client will have one week to pay the required amount before the commission is considered null and void. Failure to pay within the required timeframe will result in a blacklist, and the commission may be put up for auction where the artist sees fit.Any requested changes after payment is made may incur additional charges.COMMUNICATION CLAUSE:The artist and the client are expected to be in communication for the duration of the commission. The artist will regularly check in with progress, unless previously announced beforehand. After a period of 30 days, if there has been no communication from the client, the commission will be considered null and void. In the event of an emergency or other extenuating circumstances, this MAY be waived in favor of an extension.SOCIAL MEDIA:Art may be posted on the client's social media feeds, with the stipulation that attribution and credit is given (@gm_kitkatarine on X (formerly Twitter)).
